mike.with due sincerity . that is true:

monarch capital group .. and mel enterprises (david walters and keith moore)

bought this company in 2005

monarch bay associates .. and monarch bay management(david walters and keith moore)

are the preferred shareholders..and have total control of this company

since 2006 they either own all out.or have total control over..thru acquisition.and have created either a subsidiary..a parent.or both...of these companies:

datalogic
remote dynamics
systems evolution
lathian systems
solana technologies
bounce mobile systems(formerly vital living products)

.and that is about half..if not less.. of what they took control of...or close to it...i just don't feel like listing the others...

...and it all started essentially with monarch staffing...that acquisition with the company formerly know as mt ultimate health care

.now.that is pretty f#$%n' aggressive .... and shows the kind of cash...or other avenues... they can get their hands on


the unfortunate thing.is that....the public has a hard time understanding it.... maybe that is the purpose.i just don't know.but i do understand.that alone.won't make me any real money.till the mob gets it.eh?...lol.have fun!
