JACKSONVILLE, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 3, 2008 -- Ulysses Holding Corp. (Other OTC:UHCR.PK - News) today announced that all contracts to acquire SecureNetView have now been fully executed; the company will formally close and take possession of SecureNetView Monday, April 7, 2008.

The entire terms and conditions will be released Monday upon the completed (formal) closing.
