DENVER, Apr 02, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- VCG Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: VCGH), a growing and leading consolidator and operator of adult nightclubs, today announced that its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Brent Lewis, is no longer with the Company effective March 31, 2008. The Company is conducting a search for a Chief Financial Officer and has engaged financial consultants on an interim basis to assist with the preparation of the Company's Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2007, as well as other accounting issues.
