Dew: In my department we diagnose PE as well as see and/or take care of the bleeding complications from DVT prophylaxis. The study confirms what I have suspected clinically. They all provide reduction in DVT. The anti coagulation arms A and C kill and maim people due to the bleeding complications which in old people are often quite serious.
