Initq, here's what I was seeing in CROX yesterday. There was an intra-day H&S top targeting about 17.20, and it broke down in the end of the day.

The 60-min slow stochs 45,17 are turning down from just below the 50 level, which is typically quite bearish and should lead to new lows. The CCI-12 is in mid-range, and it typically will cycle to around -200 before turning up, which is also negative on the 60-min.

There is a triangle on the 60-min that measures to about $13.50. A break of around $17 and the target is triggered.

As for their fundamentals, I believe their biggest issues are knock-offs and escalators. Heck, my kids wear the knock-offs. Why spend 4-times more for the same silly plastic footwear? It's not like other kids their age care what they have on. Same reason why I hope my daughter wears "Starbury's" some day on the court instead of Air Jordan's.

Disclosure, I bought one of the first Nike Air shoes ever made (not Jordan) because of chronic bruised heels from, well, too much air playing basketball. When you have a 34" vertical leap like I had in those days (standing still, real legit measurement, not running start), you tend to land with a bit of force. Those shoes made a huge difference for me until my knee hit a brick wall in a small gym.
