I agree with both of you but do see what they are attempting to say.
They are saying that the record date for the round up provision was the 19th of September even though the actual RS was going to happen in the future. I don't agree but that seems to be the logic. Oh and then of course that investors were speculating because no one ever speculates when buying stock. LOL
