diddy.. We projected our royalties into 09..I believe..

But didn't the agreement only go for our valimed units? They were saying it competed with thier Pharmacy System..So why would they go into another area? Like our Meth Gun? Just trying to make sense.

They put our name on their latest patent as a refrence..don't know what that's all about anyway because we didn't refrence them.

and really I did ask last shareholders meeting about the royalties and was told that it wasn't as big a deal..I got the impression that we were "ok" as "ok" can be.. with it.

We would have won anyway but it would have taken all of everything from us..we were to small to fight them.
