So whats the hang up with the NASDAQ, in regards to the divis? Second hand info from a yardbird, he says the T/A says "it is in the Nasdaqs'hands"?

Or is it the DTC and the bird got it wrong, not the NASDAQ? Anyone hear that song from Sallie? I get no response......
