Hi Phil & NH! I think they kept the Buick because OLD guys still bought them, big time.
You know the saying. "It's not your Fathers car!"...LOL...
Cheaper than an Olds too.

In 1983 my wife drove one of these, a very nice car but almost at the price of a Caddy. Another reason they dumped their Olds line...IMO!
