according to that fax, i am not even "entitled" to the reverse split:

[...]certain corporate action to be taken for Shareholders of Record at September 14, 2007. One of those corporate actions included a 500 to 1 reverse split of stock.[...]


i wasn´t S/H of record as of that date. so no split for me...


and i obviously missed the filing where they reduced the 1000:1 to 500:1 ... or was it 1:1000...
