I just spoke with someone at my broker (Zecco Trading) who uses Knight as an MM for this security. I am not sure how reliable this is, but the customer service rep informed me that I can call Zecco and have them provide me with the Bid and Ask price and place a buy or sell order manually.

Again, like many customer service centers, you might get a different story each person you speak with. I will call in the morning to verify if that is indeed the case
