It's to my understanding that Spooz never claimed to have an official "done deal" with Ameritrade like you stated. What I do understand is that they've had an ongoing relationship with them and they were working on some sort of "deal" or service agreement. Paul has never said anything with Ameritrade was a "done deal" as you claim. As far as the status or nature of that relationship, no one here knows for sure...except those behind the walls at Spooz. Surely you can understand that.

I think any half-way intelligent investor here can see that no deal is a "done deal" until it's PR'd...right????
