You should get a tabbed browser. I build my own FireFox browsers
and have a vertical sidebar on the left-hand side. I also have a
sidebar with minicharts of the indexes, TNX, Gold, Silver, CRB
and $USD. I have a bottombar option with energy minicharts too.

To get to another browser tab, I just click on the little picture
for the tab that I want (called Favicons).

I have InvestorsHub open for this board and the AMD board with
autoreload set to 400 seconds. InvestorsHub, the site, has
autoreload as well as the ability to play a sound when a new
message arrives. I haven't tried these settings as they may
not work out well in a work setting.
