I am sure there will be a lawsuit, but Dieter and most of these guys will be long gone by then. There will not be any assets or money for shareholders anyway. Sadly, as long as a market like this exists there will be people like Dieter who will try and scam innocent folks out of there hard earned money and not blink an eye. It will happen again and again.I feel sorry for those of us who got sucked up in this.
