"Fair Valuation" .03-.05 cents per share minimum with the current o/s and no other acquisitions in my opninion. Intrinsic Value via a $13 million asset/$5 million revenue acquistition will increase this "Fair Value". Keep in mind there are several acquisitions in "The Works". More to come.
