Anybody can take a third party product (the cream) and sell it.
ZingiberRx is a patent pending topical cream, developed by HSXI.
Anybody can make wild claims that they have no intention of backing up.
Wild claims or facts ? What about FDA registration, availability of the products (see online store) and existing AquaSonix therapy pools ?
At least the SEC has pretty much put a stop to this.
As stated before, HSXI and its operations are NOT under investigation.
The suspension order was issued to allow the SEC to review the manner in which the original shellcompany that subsequently merged with HSXI was in fact organized.
truth is anybody on this board could create a company like HSXI in a couple of weeks and fleece people like HSXI did
Prove it, but don't forget the class 1 FDA-registered products and all of the other little prerequisites you need (like funding of the whole process)......
Why don't you wait with your unproven/false and misleading allegations, until you're able to substantiate them ?
