This short brochure describes the drilling rights ERHC Energy has:

The costs for drilling are fully carried by its partners; Addax Petroleum and Sinopec. The timeline for drilling is drawing near, which may be why its starting to run now. They hope to spud their first well by year end, and have a rig contracted for up to 10 wells in 2009-2010.

That's the short version. Potentially 14 billion barrels of oil and drilling on the calendar.

ERHC's share of JDZ oil; 1 billion barrels. Once proven, ERHE will be $10+. All we need is time and patience.
