Brian Scher/Michael Anthony Shell.

2 Things going on here:

1- Proxy letter mailed out stating that they will bring all their fillings up to date, and move to higher exchange.

2- On march 28th there will be a shareholders meeting.


Michael Anthony never brings his shells up to date with fillings, so this is a speculative merger.
