I spoke with one of the original investors. he explained to me that the seller received 400,000 shares for the promotion of the company back when we were at $1.50. when he didn't do his thing they asked for the shares back along with the 200k cash.

they have received neither my guess is the 130,000 shares that got dumped on the market today is the last of the cheap shares. The DTC report apparently bears that out as well.
