DVAR update from IR:

I just got off the phone with Bruce from IR for DVAR. Great things are in the works. They will be releasing PR on news Sales Platform software called "Orizon" next week. They are looking for the stock to climb to $1.00 within a week. Previously they have had relationships with Hewlett Packard and there are more things to come with HP. They have added the "Share Point" guy from Microsoft to their team. This guy wrote the book on Share Point and this has already been PR'd. The CEO successfully structured his last two companies for major buyouts. He is doing the same with DVAR...they are actively seeking a buyout from a major computer company. Microsoft rumors are floating...the IR guy would not comment, but he did say that several companies are interested in purchasing Dovarri Group. Share structure is confirmed by IR as follows:

***Now regarding the Float the IR guy reports that 13.5M shares are very closely held and the practical float is around 1.5M
