That’s possible, goseek. GTC’s corporate charter limits the number of Series D preferred shares to 15,000 (convertible into 15M common shares), and LFB already held 14,615 preferred shares.

After the conversion two days ago, LFB now holds only 115 preferred shares, which would allow as many as 14,885 preferred shares to be newly issued without altering GTC’s corporate charter.
