I don't know exactly how a hostile takeover would work, do you?

Suck up shares? how do they do that unless there are sellers?

most trgd shareholders are smarter than that I would think.

Remember the exact same thing happened in 06 when the pps went to a new low of .24 right before the big run to 1.49.
