It's great that the company is still concentrating on removing the "scull" and crossbones caused by the spam initiated on 2-14-08. Either they took advantage of the situation by hiring EDS to do a promotional campaign, since the classification on pinksheets can't deteriorate further, or Gil didn't realize (or too busy to realize) the promotion in itself would garner the same results with a "No Information" classification. I don't see the logic in the timeframe pr'ed for EDS's services but short term thinking isn't what this company is about as we all know. Interest will only be generated with the accompanied information available to the individual investor, regardless of any promotional effort, to attract new blood to the stock.

I suppose the silver lining in all of this is it ups the priority to get the financials done as "Current Information" classification is the only one acceptable now if I understand the requirements for skull and crossbones removal.
