Windows 64-bit Edition now not likely before Q4

IT LOOKS LIKE Microsoft won't be in a position to launch a 64-bit Edition of Windows for anybody's 64-bit chippery any time before Q4, or what we call winter up here in the northern hemisphere.
At CeBIT, as we reported at the time, AMD was confident a Windows 64-bit edition would be shipped by the end of Q2. But a new and very-well-placed source now whispers that such a timeframe reflects AMD optimism rather than Volish intent. ...
