gabash........The way I read the last couple Press Releases is, the Latest M&A is already in the bag waiting to be announced. Yesterday the PR announced "soon to be acquired assets" for Seaway Reality and last week it was "coming days" for the official closing. Wording is key and this spells done deal in my book, as I have said shareholders cant be spoon fed every detail so everyone needs to read between the lines and piece the puzzle together. It will be interesting to see if this Latest M&A is released before the 10k, one thing is clear, there is alot of news being released prior to the 10k for a specific reason.
