We are falling but look at the volumes that have took us down. A FEW HUNDRED DOLLAR TRADES here and there. This makes it clear to me that with decent BUY volumes this go's up alot. Since there are probably only a few good news PRs then he might feel he needs to save them for when they will have the most impact...eom
