Yes, but if the guy is speaking like that in public (his answer should have been very simple "We do not comment on market activity in our stock".), guess how he is pumping in private, and that exposes the company to major litigation risks. A very dangerous, and frankly, crooked way of doing business. It reminds me of Waskel (IMCL), and I don't like it. I made enough on TASR and I won't play it anymore just as I don't play IMCL anymore. I was "priming" TASR to become a member of the Q, but no more. Just bought BIIB instead here at $55.90....
