Texas Tom: Authorized shares (apparently 30M now) is not used to calculate market cap or book value, but issued shares do count and that's somewhere north of 20M.
$61M in revenue makes more sense - not $61M in earnings.
Net income is somewhere closer to $5.6M (I looked this up and that was their last income figure). So 5.6M/20M+ shares is about $0.28 per share, not $0.60.
Again, NWOL has zero credibility. I wish I could believe these numbers but I can't. The market has deeply discounted NWOL's value for good reason. Malyshev has failed to deliver on just about every past PR'd deal or commitment.
