First of all, I don't want to hear about Janet Jackson... discuss that stupidity with someone else.

Second I try not to generalize about liberals and conservatives... those are lables that are just too black and white. When talking extremes it might be useful, but most of us are somewhere in between the two. There are truthful republicans and lying republicans... there are truthful democrats and lying democrats. I post moveOn.org stuff... but I also admire and respect John McCain and Teddy Roosevelt... both republicans. I'll support the best man for the job, period.

I like what Powell said about debate being a good thing and that he was willing to point out that he was making a statement without all the information.... which probably wasn't "restrained and careful"
