It makes no difference that the TA is ungagged. The O/S has ALREADY been INCREASED by three 300,000,000 shares. Which means you will not see any change in the T/A's numbers while Aziz sells the shares. After he is done three months or so from now he will increase it again and then put out another PR stating that it won't be increased for another couple months. He is playing games with the numbers and a lot of people here are helping him do it.
