reversetaxman -- IMO the discussions by LLEG for sale of the electric output and RECs would be with PSNH as the local monopoly distributor... PSNH would be required to purchase the electricity produced by LLEG however subject to the local transmission loop capacity... The grid capacity issue remains to be resolved since if there is not sufficient transmission capacity then LLEG's electricity output would be constrained by that fact...
