I do find this quote interesting:

The company charges Nigerian patients about $25 a month for Nicosan, says Karen Andersen, an analyst with the research firm Morningstar in Chicago. She says many small drug companies rack up losses for years before they’re profitable, but “what’s troubling here is that [Xechem] ended their strategy of pursuing generic drugs,” says Andersen. “It’s sort of like they’re resetting the clock.”
