Hey yall - i visited Deep Down yesterday for the first time. Most everything was shut down so i couldnt get in, but it was still a good visit to see the complex in person.
It certainly was much much larger than i had thought it was and had to be at least a 1/4 mile long - along the face of I-10. Pretty good real estate.
There was a ton of cleared land to the left side of the complex that made it that much larger. And the building itself with the sign and the palm trees, pond, etc was actually quite appealing. (LOL you will see the building first on I-10 with the big DEEP DOWN sign)
I expect to head down to Houston again in the coming month or two, so i will then probably stop in for a chat with Steve if our schedules allow for it.
Just wanted to say i stopped by, took some pictures and even a quick movie. LOL didnt work all that well.
