I agree 100% .. I would also like the SEC to check and see who was in heavy with puts and shorts on that one Friday when the stock closed at 30.. Those peeps made a huge killing and Im sure they were tipped off about the $2 offer. Hundreds of millions were made off of BSC because of this manipulation
