Hey Carl,
The question about the float is a pretty good one...but I don't know that we have much disclosed information we can go on. I think I remember reading in some of the SEC filings that no one person is known to own more than 5%. While this doesn't inform us about the ownership structure, it does indicate at least in part that we have a pretty good size float.
The following three sentences are from the last three filed 10Q's filed. I expect the 10K coming out on 3/31/08 should continue a fairly flat Outstanding Shares number.
"There were 72,592,929 shares of the Registrant’s $.001 par value common stock outstanding as of March 31, 2007."
"There were 81,111,234 shares of the Registrant’s $.001 par value common stock outstanding as of August 14, 2007."
"There were 81,804,734 shares of the Registrant’s $.001 par value common stock outstanding as of September 30, 2007."
Also, I was reading the last annual filing on pinksheets.com and it mentioned there that the convertable debt which was due late '07 to early '08 was convertable at $1.00 per share. So from the current share price, this would not be very dilutive (almost accreditive--in that it would remove most of our debt)... potentially 2-3 million more shares. My guess is these will show up as either shares issued or note extended. Not too bad, either way.
