The company got the re-domicile to Florida completed. http://www.sunbiz.org/pdf/18300383.pdf

We are waiting on FINRA to issue us a new Ticker and the transfer agent to obtain the new cusip. We have filed the appropriate filings.. we are waiting on them now. We can’t start on the 15c211 until this is completed.
