What does not make sense, is the company's continued secrecy on the share count, structure, and insider holdings. All of which would not be kept secret by a company that's above board with nothing to hide. But could be detrimental if shareholders were to find out that the insiders have sold, and/or the share structure had changed. I'm also still puzzled by their continued refusal to post the raw, and unedited appraisal report.
