Regardless of whether or not the mufflers are selling, the stock isn't. Yet stock still has to be sold to pay off debts and make up the shortfall. You can claim manipulation all you want, complain to the SEC all you want but the company is going to continue to sell to make up the shortfall. You can claim that the company is not selling if you want but someone has to sign to release the shares.
