NYTT, when I look at the NAMO, I've noticed that often times it will atttempt to make double tops, including outside double tops (double tops that are interrupted by a spike).

The 66 is based upon the congestion at the 56 NAMO area and the lack of a double top at 66, nothing else.

As for October 2002, the Nasdaq moved up 413 points off that low to the high in Dec. 2002. We've moved up so far about 180 points, or about half of that, in less than 2-weeks. How far-fetched is that comparison?
