So the stock is listed on the Frankfurt huh? That allows people to dump restricted stock on contract. Maybe the short position here will officially climb. The contract sale of restricted through the Franfurt Exchange will eventually show up as a short position until the legend is lifted on the stock and the cert is delivered to cover the short.
