You give me 30 or 40 mil.... I know your going to give them to me so I go ahead and short 30 - 40 mil until you give them to me, then I sell them and then cover when I want. like a three for 1 sale. Sound about right? Just a little NSS goin on maybe? No reg D required if we have a side deal goin on. But who knows... I just made all that up. Never seen it before. Oh .... and since no reg d the SEC still doesn't even know who is doing what. non reporting. Didn't a bunch of stocks just get suspended for supposed hijacking?
