YES and this debt is BIG that is why the A/S is 8 billion, and it is due, but as of now there is no way to pay monthly bills much less the debt.
This is NOT a start up Co, I thought it was crazy when I sold at .002 now I am glad I did. This debt is bleeding and SH can't produce revenue to pay monthly bills, but hes acquiring a cash flow positive Co how? He is running his own private Co HMG through DLAV, that is what he mainly advertised at NADA, what has HMG done for DLAV?
SH IMO is not a stand up guy like I had once thought, He jumped in this to fund his own Co IMO while passing out shares as employee incentives and allowing the hedge funds to collect there money IMO that is just how it is. He puts out bogus fluff PR's with no substance, only projections...,
He has done this since he took over 2 years ago. It makes me sick what these Co's do to people, and he was full aware of what was going on when he took over he knew this debt was due, but hey he gets paid and runs his own private business at the same time and DLAV's shareholders back him.
Before when this buzz first started he was right there front and center, not anymore this is a bad situation its been over 6 weeks since NADA and nada word from him about any signed contracts.
NO ONE here is short on this, they have lost money just like myself. Some people say sell and you lose, well IMO hold this and you lose more, sometimes its best to cut your losses. I even tried to buy at the ask before and it went down thats NOT the mm's like some want you to believe its the dilution it can't move. I just wonder how honest he is with the O/S since he will not allow anyone else to check the #'s all it would take is him to send an e-mail to the TA.
Another thing nothing anyone could say here will hurt this stock it might make a few not lose money here but IF a Co is good it will move up, now look where it is.
Now these are just my thoughts on this so take it for whatever, but SH and his new website what a joke i wonder what he paid for that POS. I wonder who Alan Davis is? There is nothing on google about him or that type of business something is very wrong here
