The DVAX/MRK ruling sounds as if Merck should be
Bayer, the way Bayer's last few years have gone with
FDA rulings and product recalls......

That upfront $$$$ MRK paid DVAX, if I remember was over
$30 million with over $100 million due upon approval....

Then again, I might have taken Bayer aspirin and can't remember anything anyomore from the Bayer curse!!!
Remnants of Baycol anyone???

is in financial upheaval, precious metals soaring,
oil prices at alltime highs, wheat tripling this year,
etc etc, ain't it great to be alive, and know that
the baseball season and NFL draft are just around the
