Maybe from a chart readers perspective, and as long as none of those preferred shares hit the market. If those preferred shares start to get converted it could tank the stock price much further. I dont see too many of them getting converted, but you never know. The only way this stock will stay where it is or move higher is if 1. We get the news that some of the preferred shares are being cancelled per their last pr. or 2. We hear some good numbers (news) regarding the #109 well. This is just my opinion.
