I agree, especially that it is knowledge Cox personally has shared with investors not too long ago. As I recall, the unwritten SEC rule about insider purchases is that it can not occur on insider information two weeks prior to the event and up to 2 days following the event. So, even in that measure, we could still have a partnership announcement by the end of March. At any rate, the fact that Cox made a large purchase on Friday is huge news and should at least stop the bleed in GTCB after the stupid small sales of Woloshen and Liposky...

I bought some more last Friday myself, and I am glad I did so. This Cox purchase makes me feel some confidence in our near-term future, which is a huge thing in this treacherous market. At this point, I consider GTCB the safest stock purchase in the whole market...
