Eyewitness News NEW YORK -- There's a new twist in the bitter divorce trial of former New Jersey Governor Jim McGreevy and his estranged wife.
The Star Ledger is reporting that a former aide to ex-governor says he repeatedly had sex with McGreevey and his estranged wife Dina before McGreevey took office.
Twenty nine-year-old Theodore Pedersen says the former New Jersey first lady was more than aware of her husband's homosexuality. In the report, he claims she was also in "complete control" of their three-way relationship.
Pedersen says the trysts started in 1999 but stopped when McGreevey was elected governor in 2001.
