the chart is primed and ready for a move up. volume is the only missing ingredient and panetta's alert may provide that. rsi is rising... macd is turning up with the black line pulling away from the red line (a good thing)... macd histogram bars have gone positive... obv is turning up... all systems are go.hopefully, we'll see the volume come in this week.
