12 years in the business right, if so then why can't anything be found on them, or why has no one in the New York dimon district ever heard of them, simple question, but no simpel answer..As for the import licance, prove they have on, you can find all the companies that have one or are authorized to import dimonds from Russia, try a web-search..
Your cup may be half full, if thats the way you want to look at this, but I believe you are just giving your money away...
Again it does not take over a year to complete a buy out...No matter what the company is, how big they are, or ehere they are...
This has all the red flags of SCAM...
