No, the word 'contract' stipulates that the money agreed upon is a confirmed amount that will be reached, a 'production' could mean anything you want it to. Just want clarification.

Also--""The company is currently pre-arranging sales leads with over 100 General Motors dealerships across the United States." Dealerships are different than GM itself.
