Bud, great job on the DCF model - nice looking numbers backing up the rationale for what should be fair value. Wonder what DR's DCF model would show for fair value with that $50M plugged in for '08, since they were already putting a PPS target of $2.50, last Oct. DR's current PPS target should look even more impressive, IMO. Thanks for sharing this with us.
